Our offerings

We offer a variety of classes ranging from mat Pilates level 1 and 2; Sculpt, Power Sculpt; Yin, Vinyasa and R&B Yoga; Kickboxing, and Reformer Pilates. All mat classes are also offered in hot (86 degree) classes.

We offer privates at an affordable rate meeting clients where they are at. Whether you prefer reformers or mat styled classes, privates are offered by one of our trainers. Each class comes with a customized plan.

Education is paramount and we want to make sure you understand modalities of movement, its purpose and its anatomical function. Join us if you are interested in fundamental workshop styled classes.
